    Description

    Vintage Victorian Large Oval Beige Lamp Shade Silk Floral Damask with Fringe
    What a lovely old oval shade. There are some tears on the inside silky material which you can see when you have the lamp turned on (photo 5,6,7). There is also one very tiny stain spot (which I did not try to clean) and a small tear on the exterior material (photo 10 I am pointing to the small tear and the stain spot is about 2 inches below it. You can see it in photo 3 if you look closely around the middle/left area. Lastly the finial on top looks like it was damaged. I looks like there might have been like a marble or round stone in it that someone removed and just crimped the prongs back together (photo 11). The inside piece with the threads that would connect to the light base measures 1/4" in diameter.
    Measures 19" long x 14" wide x 9" tall. The fringes hang an additional 4 1/2" long.
