USED Schwinn Phantom Ladies Bicycle
Has Scuffs and scratches and rust.   Needs a total restoration.  This bicycle needs work.   This is a 60+ year old bicycle so please don't expect perfection
It looks to have mostly original paint with maybe the exception of the headlight.
the decals appear to be original as well.
I am not a professional or an expert on what is original  so please please please look at the pictures and make your own judgement call
