Vintage Mid Century Atomic Two 2 Tier Fiberglass Clip-On Shade Whip Stitch

Classic,vintage-modern, tiered lampshade known as “double decker” or “birthday cake” shades. The reverse or upside-down two-tier is suited to retro/modern, atomic, tiki and Danish Modern lamps.
Metal base shown not included.
Fiberglass shades
are very translucent and let through a lot of light. In the photo, I used a vintage bulb for historical accuracy but newer bulbs, as long as the shape is correct for the clip, are more energy-efficient!

hade consists of two separate cylinders joined by steel fittings.
The top cylinder measures 10" W x 4" H. The bottom one measures 8 x 2 3/4.
Total height approx: 6."
The shade "clamps" onto a light bulb.
The frame is steel, in good condition with no kinks.
All original.
Some age spots, not surprisingly, the shade is 70-80 years old!
