My best information to date is that this was a commemorative ashtray made to be distributed to attendees of the opening of the new Corporate Office in Oakbrook IL in 1971. Shipped via USPS. VERY LIMITED IN NUMBER. THE LAST ONE SOLD ON EBAY WENT FOR .00.
