Vintage Scalloped Deluxe Bell Fabric/Silky Lamp Shade
I am not very knowledgeable on fabrics but the inside solid cream color is like a silky satin material. The outside is also like a silky material but a little more stiffer it has a slightly angled vertical pull design to it. There are no holes, tears or rips on the inside or outside fabric. A few light glue marks/stains mostly on the edges of the inside cream color material (ex photo 11 & 12). The frame has 8 vertical metal rods/sides underneath the fabric.
Measures 13" tall, 17" in diameter at the bottom and  10 3/4" in diameter at the top. Weighs 1 pound 7 ounces (prior to packaging)
