VINTAGE 1970s? DONALD DUCK'S HUEY, DEWEY & LOUIE FONTANINI FIGURINES ITALY MADE

This lot includes Huey, Dewey & Louie - the three nephews of Donald Duck. The figures are made of some kind of hard polymer plastic. PLEASE NOTE: They are attached, , WITH A SCREW, to a marble (or marble-like stone) base. I could not find any other examples with a base like this - so it is possible that the marble bases were added later.(?) The figures are approx 3 to 3 & 1/4 inches tall - NOT counting the stone base. (About 3 & 3/4 inches if you include the base.) The front of each plastic base is marked: "Copyright WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS." The back is marked: "ITALY" and has the Fontanini spider mark. This company, best know for their nativity sets, stopped using this spider mark in the 1980's - so I "THINK" these were made in the 1970's - give or take. The plastic figures are all in good shape, with a little dust in hard to reach areas. There is a chip in one of the stone basses. The figures are guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
