    Description

    Peabody Barnes 1/3 HP model #SFU31 submersible water pump . 115v, single phase, 1-1/2" hose connection discharge. Up to 65 gpm.  We had a pond with a nice size waterfall a few years ago and during the first Summer we noticed a leak in the pond . We drained the pond and removed the pump and never did get back to the project . The pump has been sitting behind our garage ever since and recently we noticed a small oil leak from the back of the pump . We drained the cooling oil and discovered that It needs the back o-ring seal replaced and probably the power cord as well . Oh yes , and replace the cooling oil ! A new pump at Peabody Barnes is 1457.00 so we feel our asking price is fair . Someone with mechanical talent should be able to install the needed repair parts and then should have a very nice waterfall/pond pump for their project . Original owners manual and parts breakdown will ship along with pump . Make Offer ! Any reasonable and fair offer will be considered !!
