    Park Circle was started around the late 1950's through the early 70's.
    Jeff Legum purchased Charlie Irish Chevrolet - Essex Maryland Area,
    Closing Park Circle Chevrolet,  now an Industrial Park area
    Reisterstown and Park Heights roads intersections.
    I worked there just out of high school for short time as a Window and Trim Mechanic  in 1968!
    Jeff Legum also owned other Automobile dealerships before retiring
    Westminster Cadillac for one i can remember.
