You are looking at a vintage slag glass tulip lamp shade. The shade is 10 1/2” T x 6” W. The shade is for a lamp, though the last photo shows that the finial can be remove and the shade could easily be rewired to make a hanging light shade. There are no cracks or breaks in the glass, though there is some wear from age, such as some corrosion on the metal.
