Monogram Four Star Plastikit Runabout Power Boat. The box is old, has some rips/tears, dirt and stains. The instructions are included. As far as pieces go, this set is incomplete. I went through the pieces and it looks like it’s a couple small pieces that are missing. The horns are definitely missing but possibly a few other pieces.
