Most orders received by 3 pm EST are shipped the same day. In the event of a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified or your order will ship the next day. Items shipped from Design-Tactics can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. You will be liable for all return costs, unless the item is defective.
