I Hand Crafted this Pencil  style  Australian Beefwood Irish-Hartman Style Rug Hook with a custom cut, honed and polished solid brass tip and  a Mother-of-Pearl finial inlay.
This Australian Beef-wood Primitive pencil style rug hook   is 6 5/8" long overall. The hand cut Brass tip measures 1 1/2" long in a Hartman/Irish style shape. The solid brass tip is 6 mm in diameter  at the handle end and starts to tapers down  to just under 1 mm wide at the tip end and is 3 mm tall. The final inlay is my signature 1/4" diameter natural
Mother of Pearl. This cut of Australian Beefwood is quite beautiful  with  flowing  colors in brown and honey with very fine black linear grain features and interesting figure. It gets its namesake from looking somewhat liked fine old aged beef! 100% natural finish.
