    you are buying a vintage Hallicrafters model S-53 Shortwave Radio Receiver with AM Radio. This has been in storage for the last 40 years, I plugged it in a got reception on the AM radio band and pulled in a few different stations on 3 other shortwave bands. I received these stations without an antenna, if a antenna was hooked up I believe you would receive many more stations. it's missing 3 screws on the bottom. ************see my other auctions, I'm cleaning out the garage. thank you
