Fiberglass Drum Lamp Shade Whipstitch Laced - Vintage

Fiberglass drum lamp shade Whipstitched Laced - Vintage. 10” tall, 15” wide at the top, 18 1/2” wide at the bottom. I am no expert on these. Stitching is not loose or undone. Seems very tight. With my old eyes, it looks, to me, like it needs to be cleaned. Be sure to ask questions and i will answer the best i can.
