Bosch has updated the factory VCO nozzles to a much more robust version. These nozzles have key design changes that will improve the life expectancy greatly. We have found that all pre-mature LB7 idle haze problems have been from injectors without these updated nozzles. Unfortunately, not all Bosch plants are using the latest nozzle design. As part of the “Sportsman” modification process we are inspecting for this nozzle, and if it is not there, we are replacing it with the updated version. This means a much lower chance of warranty issues with LB7 Injectors! Please note: all LB7 Injectors up to 100% over using the VCO nozzles will be shipped with the updated nozzles.
Exergy Engineering is well known for its high standards and precise quality control when it comes to building common-rail injectors. This is why we only offer Exergy performance units for common-rail diesels, be it for Duramax, Cummins, or Power Stroke engines. These remanufactured performance injectors are based on factory Bosch units found in the ’04.5-’07 common-rail 5.9L Cummins, but are modified internally and equipped with the nozzle of your choice.
Modified nozzles are only available for complete injectors (not sold separately). Every customer’s used set of injectors receives baseline testing upon arrival, where it is determined whether or not they are suitable candidates for the requested modifications.
All of Exergy’s injectors are flow-tested to ensure the nozzles are balanced to within 1% across the entire set. Injectors are also tested across their full operating range. With the absolute best test equipment available, Exergy brings more high performance fuel system know-how to market than any other company. It’s a name we trust  in the diesel industry when it comes to injectors, nozzles, and pumps.

Alta View Performance ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS on all orders considered non-truck freight. Alta View Performance ships to the fifty U.S states and Canada and many other international destinations. If you, the customer, place an order to an International address that is incomplete, Alta View Performance reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
When will my product be shipped out?
Products marked in stock
will be shipped from any one of the warehouses we have access to across the USA. Many times, this is done the same business day. Products marked "In-Stock” and ordered after the cut-off time will leave our warehouse by the next business day. Occasionally in stock items may be directly shipped from the manufacturer. Alta View will send an order status update with the products ETA by the next business day. If you need immediate availability. How long will it take to receive my product?

APO/FPO Shipping (Military Address)
Alta View Performance WILL ship product directly to APO or FPO addresses. The free shipping option will be void if the item is oversized and cannot be shipped USPS.
