Shipping
We usually ship items via DHL or FedEx. It will take 7 days to 14 days. It's depends on situation, please ask us if you would like to know estimated arriving time.
To save shipping fee, we sometimes use Japan Post Service if the item you purchase is cheap and light. In that case we cannot give you tracking information.
Handling time; 2 - 7 days.(If the item is second-hand item, we need extra handling time checking condition. Usually it takes 2 days or 7 days at the latest)
Shipping time; DHL and FedEx 2 - 7 days, Japan Post Service it takes around 14 days.
Terms of Sale
Please let us know if you found any problems on the item when you received it before open cases. I could help you solve the problem.
You can return items you purchased in 60 days, but you will pay shipping fee and give us shipping information like tracking number. Please let us know before returning items anyways. It would be better to solve any problems by both you and me.
