PRIORITY MAIL
Delivery times: from 2 to 21 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).
This shipping method is cheap but NOT RECOMMENDED! The goods travel like a postcard, you know when they leave but not when they arrive and if they arrive! If you decide to opt for this type of shipment anyway, you assume the risks and undertake to issue a POSITIVE FEEDBACK in respect of our work even if the goods arrive late or get lost!

If the package does not arrive within 48 hours following the notification of despatch, please contact us. You will receive an email, at the address indicated in the order, with the tracking code in order to monitor your shipment. In the absence of the recipient, a notice is left with a telephone number to which it is possible to contact to agree directly with the carrier for the return. If it is convenient for you and you know you are not available, you can go and collect the package directly at the competent office closest to your home. In case the package returns to our office or comes  placed in storage due to unavailability, you will be charged for the costs of storage and return of the package.

Payments must in any case be made and credited to our current account within 4 days of purchase. Otherwise an unpaid item dispute will be opened, so the sale will be canceled and consequently the non-paying user will be reported to eBay.
RETURNS
In the event that the goods are found to be non-compliant with the advertisement, or with defects, we recommend that you contact us  via ebay messaging or via WhatsApp at number 389 174 6703. As per regulation, the return costs are borne by the buyer and the return costs for a possible replacement of the object  are the responsibility of the seller. The returned item must be placed in its original packaging and protected with shockproof packaging.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
Pursuant to art. 5 Legislative Decree 185/1999, in the matter of distance selling the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of  purchase for any reason. The communication must be sent within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, via ebay message. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and protected with shockproof packaging at the expense of the Customer within 14 working days from the date of communication of the withdrawal.  Once the integrity of the goods has been ascertained, only the cost of the item will be reimbursed (excluding shipping costs as required by law).
