    Chile 1883, 5c Columbus pair, with American Bank Note Co. red "SPECIMEN" overprint (large size, about 28mm length), from the American Bank Note Co. archives dispersal sale in 1990. (Scott no. 28). There are some blue specks on the gum along with an archival repair.
