    Description

    This is a new reproduction of the 5-button blouse or sack coat issued in the 1880's and 1890's. It was worn after 1902 by the Coast Artillery.
    This coat is copied from an original and features a cotton lining in the body and sleeves.
    Wool lining was prescribed by the QM but many state militias and individual soldiers had them made with cotton lining. This coat has two inside pockets.
