The Aquascape AquaForce 1000 is an energy efficient, yet powerful solids-handling pump. With its specially designed asynchronous motor, which is more powerful than standard energy-saving magnetic drive motors, this pump will not compromise power for its energy savings. This pump is additionally able to handle solids up to 0.25 inches in diameter, and features a protective pump cage which helps to prevent clogging and damage from larger solid particles. The AquaForce 1000 hybrid pond pump is perfect for use in a waterfall or an external pressure filter. It is totally oil free, making it safe for fish, water plants and other aquatic life, and with its flat, stable design, this pump is quick and easy to set up.
