This is for a small 6Volt/12Volt DC submersible water pump.
It can be powered with a 6volt to 12volt Solar panel, a 6V or 12V battery, or an AC to DC converter rated with an output rating of 6volts to 12volts DC at 400ma or more(not included). When powering the pump from solar, we suggest that you wire a SLA battery in the circuit to level out the
voltage
output of the panel.

This small pump can lift water 36" at 6volts or 48" at 12volts and has a flow rate of up to 30gph at 6volts or 40gph at 12volts. It is well made with very good specs for a small pump.  It also features 3 or 4 suction cups to keep it at the bottom.  It is centrifugal, not self priming, so it must be
submerged
or located below the water line. The pump has 60" wire sealed to the pump with a 5.5mm / 2.1mm female input plug - just add your power supply or solar panel with a 5.5mm male plug and it will work! If you are looking for a small pump that has a good flow rate, this is a good choice.

Note: Please check the specifications to make sure that your particular application is suitable for this DC powered pump. While small solar or battery powered pumps work very well on small fountains, the ability of a small DC powered pump to lift water to a tall fountain at a high flow rate is limited as specified above.
Lift is how high the pump will lift water in a tube straight up. As you increase the lift distance or number of turns in the tube, the flow rate will decrease. The flow rate at 36" on 12volts is it good with this pump.
