Very rare as most of these were crushed years ago.
Has been in Colorado all of it's life, no sponginess and no deterioration. Has some wear & tear. Also, has my ex-wife's name written on the flap, which is unfortunate for the box!
Rather than tossing it, I'd rather see a collector have it. I'll ship it as-is and not break it down. It'll be inside another box.
