    Description

1954 Schwinn Mark II Jaguar w/ Bendix 2 Speed Kickback and Schwinn Westwind W/W.
This has been my personal rider for well over 10 years, but it's time to find her a new home. It is truly a "Head-Turner" here at the beach. An ORIGINAL, Chicago USA made Schwinn Middleweight Cruiser. No, not a "Welcome to KrapMart" bike you roll off their conveyor belt which will break within a year. This one is a true survivor. Serial # starts with 'M8'. That's what I see without taking a grinder to it. Only thing I changed were the tires, but the unmounted repro Schwinn Whitewalls are included in the auction. Them be expensive! The only thing that is suspect is the rear rack light, which 100% works, but seems to be newer, but the rack is the correct, and unmolested paint (Phantom Style)! Even the front rack (which works 3 different ways) works! Stainless fenders could use a good rolling, but stlll shine as stainless steel should. Schwinm s7 rims run true, and still shine with only minor oxidation in a couple of spots. Front Schwinn script hub. Bendix "Red Band" 2 speed shifts as it should as well!
Again, to the best of my knowledge, this bike has not beem tampered with and was bought off the original owner over 10 years ago. You very seldom find a Mark II in this condition, so have fun!
I say all of what I did to inform the new lucky buyer as to what he/she is buying, no hiding behind the typical "item is used". Um, duh, of course it's used!  Jeesh.
I have well over 1,300 all Positive Feedbacks, but have mostly bought during the pandemic. I did sell a few bikes recently, with 5 Star Reviews, so bid with confidence. She is being sold "as-is" (there I go, but eBay says i need to put it in) so if you have any questions, I will answer them to the best of my ability. I will also send you any pics you request.
It has also just been brought to my attention that the seat is a "Persons" which came on vintage bikes, just not Schwinn.
Before you ask, or don't read the shipping section, yes LOCAL PICK-UP is fine! I am charging a Flat Rate of 5, which is less than what a 20" Stingray ships for. I even pay for the bubble wrap.
    Have fun.
