    Hood Trim
    '51 Cadillac hood trim molding. This is the spear that runs vertically down the center of the hood starting from behind the hood ornament.
    Good used condition with good shine and no major damage, but some scratching, pitting and a slight bit of rust flaking to the chrome finish. There is more surface rust on the inner surface, but I don't see any holes.
    Includes the original rubber mount on backside with two studs. The rubber is worn and tearing at the edges. The other mounting clips are not included.
    The piece measures a hair over 36 and 1/4 inches long.
    As removed from a '51 Cadillac parts car.  May be correct for other years such as 1952 as well, but I am not sure on that.
